In my opinion, the band of colors for your border at the top seem like a bad idea. I always thought that looked tacky. The menu should probably be thought out a little differently, especially the dividers. Your line-height under Latest Tips is a little much. The section where you have a gray background, why have a border there and then another where you content starts? There also seems to be a lack of a grid here. These are just a few things I would think about.
