I would say 3 right now. I think what @cwork is saying is that most people feel that a longer line should be underlining the text. The shorter line in ver. 2 under the name drops you into the content a little too quickly I think. If there was a version where the length of the top and bottom border were the the longer length, I think would choose that one. Nice design overall ;-)
