Robskiwarrior, I know what you mean, and agree with you completely. I am writing new content for the site at the moment, and that top left hand area (where it has some check marks at the moment) is going to have more information about what we do and how we do it. Hopefully it will work better once this is updated.

SpaciousMind, we actually have links to the forums and support in the top right hand navigation area at the moment, but seeing as you didn’t notice them, I guess we need to make them more prominent. Certainly these are important areas for our users to find. Thanks for raising that issue.
