I would get rid of the empty space above the logo. And maybe move the sidebar to the right instead.

And try some other font for the headings, where it says “Raujam gaisa”. You could give the design some more “pop” by using the pink and orange colors for links or whatever.

This is totally my own personal preference, your design looks good. This is still a mockup, so it fills kinda empty. The finished site will probably be filled with som more content which will help the site even further.
