I have to be contrary here and say that I don’t like how everything stays in one place as the blog scrolls—reminds me of frames, which are terrifying. I do agree with Chris though: you need a better header, and the sidebar could use some styling.

Then again, this looks like an early design to me, so I look forward to seeing the final product.
