I vote for Notepad++ , because its very lightweight man….

zencoding(autocompletes like TextMate) works well here and it saves you more time…in coding html/css

you can zoom well the code using the mouse control

Syntax coloring are good…

some seperate windows for code reviewing…

and lol Notepadd++ is too easy to use

the only thing I wish for notepadd++ , is to support SASS/LESS syntax
