Thanks for the quick reply! I’m happy and relieved to know that the code is OK and that the pages display alright for you in Windows7/IE9 (since I am in a different environment and can’t test the pages in 7/IE9, I can’t see the same).
Apart from telling my reviewer (and anyone else who encounters this issue) to click the “broken page icon” is there anything else I can or need to do? Or is there a way to head off this issue otherwise?
