Hmm, it all looks good to me – IE9 in Windows 7 even. But, if you click on the little broken page icon (blue icon in the screenshot) inside the URL bar it switches the browser into IE7 compatibility mode:
So make sure (press F12 and switch it if you have to) the browser AND document mode are both set to IE9.
