In response to: “so how many websites am I suppose to be making a month? if they were all basic static pages.”
This mindset is the driving force behind very cheap, template driven websites. They don’t give clients what they want. I’d recommend not creating a number like “I’ve got to pump out 5 websites a month”. It’ll drive you insane and you’ll likely end up working for peanuts to try and accommodate the types of clients you’ll end up with.
Try and develop solutions to fit a clients needs. That might be a 3 month project or a 2 week project. It doesn’t matter because the needs of the client are what matters. And sometimes they won’t be able to afford a solution that fits their needs.
