Sounds like you’re working with template files. These normally contain HTML/code fragments, that when knitted together by the server, form the whole web page layout. So you’d disseminate the tutorial’s elements and put them into whatever template file was most appropriate. For example, an opening div of a master outer-wrapper element may go in a header file, and the closing div for it may go in the footer.

It seems like you’re really struggling with this though – you might want to consider hiring somebody.
