Your problem is very genuine and many of us face this in our day to day life. You can download two, three, four browsers at max but you can’t download all of them. Many people still use IE 7, but latest machines on windows come with the latest default IE and downgrading it is difficult. Similarly, you can’t test safari (at least latest versions) on windows and IE on mac (machines).
