Although it might not be wholly ethical to copy someone else’s work in its entirety, you can certainly use the developer console to inspect the underlying HTML, CSS and JavaScript, to see how something has been done. That’s F12 in most browsers. If you do copy an element of somebody else’s code, remember to provide a backlink to the source in your own work as a minimum token of appreciation and acknowledgment :)
