Everything here displays as it should. Was the viewport has been narrowed to pass the min-width
the paperclips image (styled on the :after element) goes off the side of the screen. This is fine but in IE (from Edge to IE8) you can click on the page and drag to reveal it. Which doesn’t seem to occur in any other browsers.
