I don’t see anything about a bookmarklet. It’s a JS library with an API and a Node.js CLI tool.

Are you trying to write a bookmarklet using this?

Also personally I find either Firefox’s or Chrome’s developer tools plenty sufficient for debugging. If you have a chunk of minified CSS, there’s tools online already to beautify it: http://www.cleancss.com/css-beautify/ for example. There’s plenty more.
