You DON’T want it to be responsive….how 1990’s?

Why use a responsive template and then cripple it? You’re bound to cause yourself issues doing that…as you have found.

Anyway, if you don’t want it to be responsive, try removing the device-width meta

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

Whether that will help I don’t know.
