It’s very unlikely that you will find a slider that meets exactly what you are looking for.

A simple Google search will find you something that is close…it would then be up to you to customise it…either with built in options (if any) or by adding/changing the pre-built CSS.

Alternatively, trying taking an existing one apart, see how the pieces fit together and building your own. That’s the fun part of this stuff.
