I assume you are talking about a template or something…because it’s not clear.

Why? Lazy coding…or some other reason..who knows?

Also in the source code there is this custom code that makes the site also much slower, should hide or re-write this code into unique css file.

If speed is an issue for you AND you are sure that doing so will fix the speed issue…then why not.

Anything else is just an opinion.
