I’m a little unsure why you have <style> tags dotted abut in your HTML.

The centering is generally OK although there are instances where you’ve probably forgotten to carry through in your media queries.

You’ll just have to go through using Developer Tools to see what you missed.

Logo cutting off I suspect is a function of the background position combined with the fixed height of the div
