Well, you technically can have a full width bar (I’m assuming you mean for navigation). You set the position of a div to fixed, then force the width to be the whole width (the actual window width) by setting it’s width to 100%. Unfortunately, this means you must have a fixed position for navbar, which not everybody wants. I found that by editing the reduced test case from my first post.
