Well Thank both of you to spend sometime on my post @Paulie_D I have read all their documentation and I got confused which to use for my front end template system that’s why I posted here to ask some help from experts.

@shaneisme until now I am using resond and html5shiv I think I should remain with the same libraries which I am using all the way long.
