Reply To: multiple background images with one as a border

i have tried the border-image..it makes the first part of my command (url)…in blue….ie…border-image: url(grn.png);…i have the backround iamge in and a logo on top…i want to add the grn.png as a border…wrapped or down each side….nothing and i mean nothing is working…
