I love that Paravel is so busy doing so much cool stuff they literally just forgot that they built this and are just now releasing it.
It’s a Sherlock Holmes story, but designed to be more interesting and immersive (even audio!) than just words-on-a-screen.
Words on a screen are more than exciting enough. This story has a mute button, but un-mutes itself on every page switch and on scroll (without changing the icon) which is clearly incorrect.
It also uses throughout to get the line breaks, but gives them line-height:3 which causes (in Firefox at least) the last line of each paragraph to be mis-spaced.
I wonder if they forgot that they hadn’t finished it yet?
