I hate making a sitemap, making a wireframe, making the Mock up then CSS and HMTL.  It is a long, cumbersome process that for most sites is really not needed.  I can understand using this process for massive sites with hundreds of pages. But for the run of the mill 4 to 12 page site. It is really not necessary to spend days making up a sitemap, wireframes, and then moving on to the PSD and CSS.
