Looking decent... On the banner under the logo\header, i'd take a closer look at the gradient on the left side... It's not the same with the background, so it kind of looks a little funny.

Also, the middle col at the 3 columns, I'd make a consistent header to match the outside ones. Also, I'd add a little bit of padding in the middle column as well, just to separate each post or item. I know its hard when you've got alot of info to display... Maybe even add some rollover expanding javascript?

Overall pretty good though!

I like the clean look. And use of colors.

But I just feel lost where to go next. I think you maybe need to point things out clearer.

The book Chris suggests Don't Make Me Think would be a great tip.

Not knocking the site just as a visitor I need to instantly know where to go next. And the some of the other sites in this sector push me where to go alot more.

Right, this is obviously a solid site, it has great content and I can tell a lot of time has been spent on it's creation. However it does have it's downfalls in that I think the section with "the home of Buy-To-Let investment" seems cut out from the rest of the page, I would add a background colour of white to make the page flow better.

Also towards the bottom of the page the border on the right gets a little messed up - the problem lies in the bottom of the box image, have a look and try to iron it out.
When making a site think - Would I buy from this site? Even if it isn't an e-commerce site.
Broken links make my tummy feel sad...
