    Hi I am creating a website for a local restaurant.

    We want a site similar to http://giraffe.net/classic/menu/starters-sharing

    We have made custom design, how can we integrate the design in sch a manner that owner can easily add more content without distorting it.

    Is there any engine /framework which may help ?

    Or shall I choose any different platform ?

    P.S.: This website is responsive

    I would definitely use WordPress (or other CMS) to build the site so they can integrate. There is so many tutorials and plugins to help you that it should be a breeze to recreate.
