WordPress Images won’t load

  • # October 7, 2009 at 11:36 am

Well, I don’t know what I’ve done wrong. Other than that I had somebody do the initial layout and now I’m trying to build the page into WordPress. For some reason my images are not preloading.

I started with a Starkers theme. I’ve got the background image set up as I did in another WP site, but it’s not showing either. As for for the menu, I’m guessing the problem has something to do with the java setup for the rollovers. At any rate, I would appreciate some feedback. Thanks!

    Ok, so an update….

So I was really screwing up some things with my style sheets, but I got that figured out.

The issue with the images was resolved, but only through the use of absolute paths. I wasn’t able to use relative paths from the header.php file within my theme. I’ve done it before, so I’m not really sure what the problem was.
