    Oh, cool. We’re in the same field. I’m a letterer.

    I think this just entails a bunch of copying and pasting into WordPress’s backend editor and uploading the images through the media section and attaching it to the posts.

    My backend editor, I mean when you create each page, just paste that content into the html editor.

    Cool. It is a relative of mine and i am setting up the site for her.

    Yes that’s what I’ve been doing. I’m using the starkers theme to build on. With the exception of the page wrap and the navigation bar (added to footer and header) it has all been added to through the WordPress HTML editor.
