Where should I display a Now Hiring link? Aside from the obvious banners

Just looking for some suggestions on positioning. I do use Bootstrap 3.1.1, and jQuery 1.11

I was thinking of a button somewhere that says “A.M. Leonard Career Opportunities” – I’m just not sure on positioning at all.

I’m no designer, I’m a developer. I’m just trying to not have the header super-cluttered.

Any ideas / suggestions?

Advice:

1) Get rid of the open-by-default “Email Deals” modal.

2) “Now Hiring” could go in the white bar (above the search box, maybe).

Or to the right of it. Make it noticeable too. I know you’ve got an orange thing going on right now but green or red are great ways to get something noticed. I would use the color picker utility to take that orange and use colorshemedesigner to find a red or green that compliments it.
