weird problem with jquery ticker – Please Help !!!

I’m trying to increase the height of this ticker at the bottom:

but no matter what changes I make to its CSS or div styles, it doesn’t change a thing.
I’m sure i’m mistaking somewhere I can’t find, please anyone urgent help needed on this !

More room underneath it before ‘Top Wholesale Supplier’?

Make each rotating item taller?

No, its the one under “Regional B2B Portal”

And well somehow I’ve sorted it out by tweaking its CSS, it was strange bcuz when I was testing it on local pc, I didnt have to change anything except #tickercontainer in css……its done but still can’t get it !

Now another problem rises, just checkout the ticker under regional b2b products div, note the exit & entry of the images.
