    How can I do this:
using a web form, with inputs. you enter your name, your company name and all that info. when you click submit it can insert the input texts into a document that’s already made waiting for the variables. I.e. Creating Privacy Policy contract or page.

    is this possible (js only)

I’m working with a company right now

Yes, but all you are doing is creating a very generic privacy policy.

I suspect that most organisations will want to tweak it to have their own version that relates to their business.

Wouldn’t it make more sense just to provide a PDF or, better still, Word version with [insert NAME here] in the relevant spots?
