    Hi,

    I have a editable div inside a modal dialog popup.
    While scrolling the popup, when mouse pointer encounter the editable div,
    the outer popup scroll stops and the inner editable div scrolls .
    This is the inbuilt feature of scrollbar.

    But the text inside the editable div flickers and even sometimes a horizontal line appears on the text. Moving the text outside the popup disappears this flickering.
