Hello. I am having trouble floating the content of my sub footer to left and right

Also where to I make the changes to get the div2 a text to be normal its back to front. i have tried text-align: right and left
what do you mean to be normal ?
The home link is to be on the left and so on back to front
change the float to div 2 li from right to left
