[Solved] Cropping the Image

Hi, I am trying to convert the psd image to html but i have a problem. I have a rectangle with a stroke on the filter. When i crop the middle of the rectangle i get the stroke all around it again, but i only want the stroke to be on the edges not the bottom and top aswell, any help?

It often helps to flatten your layers before cropping your images. (Layer > Flatten Image). That will flatten down all of the design to one layer and apply any layer styles. Just make sure you save your design before you do that, and that you don’t accidentally overwrite your original PSD when you save the cropped file.
