Note that this isn’t a simple e-mail form, I already figured that out. I want to ask how do I go about sending customized forms?
My idea is simple. I’m doing some work and I need to make a form with multiple fields, such as how did you find this site, computer processor, hard drive space, operating system, etc…
Basically multiple fields to give someone an idea on what type of system a customer is looking for.
http://www.visual-blade.com/websites/justcomputers/ – That’s the website, but I’ll be using the form on the "make an order page." I know how to send things through the regular headers like name and message, just not additional fields.
