I have just bought the Responsive Tile Gallery by Andrew Mead from codecanyon. I want the images aligned perfectly. However, although the columns are perfectly aligned the rows are not and I cannot seem to resolve this. Can anyone suggest a fix or is it simply not possible. Here’s a link to the demo: http://codecanyon.net/item/responsive-tile-gallery/full_screen_preview/3290154.

I’m not sure what you are after….you want the images all the same size regardless of their actual proportions?

It seems to be doing exactly what it said it would.

No not the same size. I just want them to be displayed in a stricter grid whilst still being responsive – If that makes sense? Similar to http://www.fotoblur.com/.

Looks to me as though you can only have limited image sizes then.

Other than that, I guess there is a setting somewhere.

If you look on the plugin’s page 2 comment page you’ll notice someone else (MyAirplane) having the same problem, which the author seems to acknowledge. It would probably be more productive to submit a post to his comments page to report the “bug” or inconsistency. If it’s a problem with the core code you’ll have to get the author to fix it.

In the meantime you may want to consider another similar jQuery plugin, such as Masonry, which does about the same thing and is free:
