    Hey Everybody –

What do you think the time difference is between Responsive Design and just a standard Desktop Site. I am under the impression that it is probably double the time, but i wanted to hear some other peoples thoughts.

    Thanks,

it depends. the first responsive site i built took a little longer than usual (well, about a week longer), but since i started using SASS my dev time has been just about cut in half.

Thanks dfogge! I guess i really need to learn SASS if your saying it had cut dev time in half.

It takes significantly more time than standard one size Desktop version.

I wound’t say it takes ‘double’ the time, though. It’s added time, for sure.
