Position is not constant.Have to always fix the margin everytime page reloads

Hello,everyone
I’ve been working in the project and i’m trying html5. So I have declared the < section> and place contents inside it.So i declared say margin:-15px its not aligned according to the grid.I find the correct value by Firebug say margin:-10px(even I change in the source) for an instant it seems it worked but when I reload the page,its not as aligned as previous.

What I meant was, if you provide us with a link to the page we can take a look at the whole thing and see what the issue might be.

Otherwise we’re dealing with just a tiny portion of your code in isolation.
