Overlapping background

  • # November 16, 2008 at 7:50 pm

    Hi,
    can anyone help me out?
I want background images to overlap, the big tree on the left in the image below has to repeat vertically and the treeline of the background has to repeat horizontally the rest of the site will be filled with an image which is nearly black.

So then you’ll have the following construction:

    Is there a way?

can you break it up the way you showed and code it like a table?

other than that make your trees going across one div
the trees going down another but set the top:-Xpx sorry I don’t know your dimensions, and I am about to go to work, so this is just the top of my head at 07:45am.

Do you have the tree part of the image on a seperate layer? Can you seperate the two ( tree and treeline )?

    @ CupidsToejam

This is just an impression of wat I’m trying to do, I have a seperate treeline, tree, treerepeating piece and fill stroke.
