Our company is offering its product images for download in a protected area of our site for catalog companies and companies selling our products. Right now, we are using Gallery (http://gallery.menalto.com/). We’ve been getting complaints about how difficult it is to use, and even one that said it was the most frustrating system they’ve ever used.
I was wondering what designers are doing to offer hi res images in this fashion? FTP sites? We have about 3,000 files. I’m assuming that people would want to be able to preview what they are downloading and may want to download more than one at a time. Any recommendations would be wonderful!
