    I’am 19 years old, i want to build website with interesting web applications.
    I know php,html,css,js,jquery,etc,.
    But i don’t know about colors.
    So, i can’t create beautiful theme for website.

    Have you looked at http://www.colourlovers.com? That’s a great resource for working with colors, with tons of inspiration and ideas. It also has a great, active community that are very helpful when it comes to selecting color themes / combinations.
