Need Help displaying fluid iframe video

  • # February 1, 2014 at 9:38 pm

So, I’m a novice web designer using WordPress. At the top of my homepage I have a slideshow on the left and a YouTube video on the right. I need to make the YouTube video fluid so it keeps its dimensions when the window size changes.

I found a couple of possible solutions. One was CSS-based- it did the trick for keeping the video dimensions, but for some reason kicked everything else below it over to the right half of the page.

I found another solution here using javascript, but don’t know what to do with the suggested code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also found a great sounding plugin, and it, too, has not worked out.

    I use Fitvids.js.
