    Is there a place (website) where designers can post legal questions.
    I have m domain name, but just want to make sure I have full rights to the name of my design firm.
    I guess this is trademark law? Not sure.

    Not that I’m aware of, nor would I trust any such service.

    If you’re really worried, talk to a lawyer.
