It works in IE6 but not FireFox 3.5 or 3.6

I put together some JQuery and CSS code to make a navigation menu. The one in use is more visually rich (toned down for review here).

You will notice that the sub navigation (second level) in IE6 works perfectly, but when you take it to FF the second row stays the same height as the 1st level nav area.

Live exmaple and comparison images located here – http://www.icr8stf.com/sra_pages/jquery_issue.php

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Code:
    < !DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
