Hi,
i am using 2000px image for banner in wordpress website.. i need it always center in any resolution.
before tried with **max-width:100%;** but height is reducing with that tag
can you please help on this if you have stuffffffff;(
thanks
thats is what it should do with max-width it resizes the picture keeping the aspect ratio ,with the average screen resolution being at 1300px why would you use a 2000px image?
what about the height of the **banner image** ?
If the image could be used as a background image rather than directly in the HTML…this would be no problem.
do you need the entire image to show on smaller resolutions, or just centered with left and right portions ‘chopped’ off? is this a background image?
>just centered with left and right portions ‘chopped’ off?
This I think
