Is this template good for making a xhtml 1.0 strict?

    Is this template good for making a xhtml 1.0 strict cross browser compatible website ?

    I found this on W3C site and two thing is new for me

    Looks okay to me. It looks like you left out the DOCTYPE and XML declaration out of the code box.
