Hi, my client wants > ‘gothic copperplate light and bold’ font used on her website however I only find ‘gothic copperplate light and bold’ desktop fonts available for download on google.
Is there anyway to use desktop font on web?
Thanks
@ghafirsayed Generally, no. Most dekstop licenses issue a desktop only use where font embedding is usually prohibited in certain areas (some allow PDF embedding, some don’t). I would say, roughly, all desktop licenses forbid @font-face embedding. However, you should read the license terms regardless.
There are webfont licenses for Copperplate Gothic. Check http://fonts.com
