Image appearing blurry on iPhone

  • # March 23, 2013 at 6:03 pm

The one image on this mobile-only site that i’m working on is appearing blurry on a retina display iPhone for some reason. This has never happened to me before. i’m thinking it has something to do with retina display so i doubled the image width and shrunk it down a bit but that didn’t work. You’ll need to provide a totally separate image to retina devices that is double the resolution.

If it’s vector based, you’ll just be able to resize the image at double the resolution you want. If it’s not, hopefully you have a version of the image that is double the resolution (because resizing a small image to be double its size won’t help anything).

I’m not seeing any images on that link you provided but I agree with Gray.
