IE8 issues

G’day Everyone,

Currently I’m working on new project.
its a hospital website everything seems to look fine on chrome, safari, firefox and IE9 but IE8 giving me trouble in Menu Bar section, Health Quiz check boxes and Find a Clinic select drop down. I am using this jquery http://ryanfait.com/resources/custom-checkboxes-and-radio-buttons/ to customize check boxes and Find a Clinic select drop down.

I am looking for some solution to fix that issue hope to hear from you guys soon.
