IE Issues with Drop Down & Form Select List

I need some help with IE 10. I created a CSS Drop Menu from a tutorial, but IE is misbehaving.

All works great, but I needed a Form / Select List in the menu when it drops down. The issue is, when you go to select a value in the SELECT box / list, it snaps the drop menu closed and you cannot select a value. All other browsers seem fine.

Please give it a try. Download the tutorial files, add a simple form Select box / list with some values and try it in IE 10.

Anyone have any ideas or a solution?

I believe you will have more luck if you create a pen on Codepen.io so that people can check it and fiddle around with it.
