Let me know what you think!

The grass background doesn’t repeat very well. I can see the seem easily.

The line used between items that you are using as a hr is very light and looks like something didnt load all the way.

Other than that I like it. very simple and direct.

Hey,

Thanks a lot for the feedback.

Can I just ask what resolution you are viewing the site on?

Yeah, I can brighten up the hr some more.

Cheers

Hey Jimmy,

It looks like the site is still under development, but I’ll try not to comment on the obvious stuff (like not having spaces between your navigation on sub pages):

Here’s an idea about fixing your grass seam:
1) Crop the image to 900px wide.
2) Center the background horizontally (top center).

Since your black box is more than 900px wide, the first seams will be hidden by the black box… so you’ll need a 2700px wide monitor to see the next set of seams.

Also, I would make a sprite out of your home page button so you don’t have to wait for the :hover to load.

example:

(If you’re super cool, you can make a sprite out of all the images you use in your website design… like CSS-Tricks did) ;)

Hope that helps,
Ashton
